En avril 1996, Alain RICOT créa « Le Chocolat Noir », boutique spécialisée dans la fabrication de pâtisseries, confiseries, chocolats, pièces montées.

C’est aussi le dernier fabriquant de dragées artisanales de la région Franche-Comté.
